1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Khareedari (operated by Sahi Khareedari LLP), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors.

2. Order Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your order via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or phone call. Kindly verify all details upon receiving the confirmation.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, a Rs. 49 non-refundable confirmation fee is payable in advance before we process the order. This amount is adjusted against the order value.
  • Orders above Rs. 2,000 are not eligible for COD by default.
  • Exceptions may be granted to regular customers at our discretion.
  • Please keep the exact balance amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Return, Exchange & Cancellation

  • A return, exchange or cancellation request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests may be raised through our website, by email at info@khareedari.in, or on WhatsApp at +91 9555222472, and must be in written form.
  • A processing charge of Rs. 150 applies to returns, exchanges and cancellations. No charge applies where we have delivered a wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour or wrong design.
  • Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or washed, if the tag has been removed, or if the inner box or packaging is damaged or torn.
  • Leather Janamaz, books, wooden products and customised items are non-returnable, unless found defective.
  • COD orders are refunded as store credit. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India only. Estimated delivery timelines are shown in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6. Store Pickup

Orders may be collected from Khareedari Showroom, 1st Floor, Mashaal Complex, Deoband, Uttar Pradesh - 247554. Please call before visiting so your order is kept ready.

7. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to revise prices without prior notice. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated.

8. Use of Content & Data

We may use customer or vendor names, logos, reviews, and order experiences for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, or advertising materials.

9. External Links & Integrations

Our platform may link to third-party services and apps for payment, shipping, marketing, and analytics. These platforms may require limited data sharing necessary for processing your orders.

10. Governing Law

All disputes will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws under the jurisdiction of courts in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
