Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (if available) takes 2–4 business days.
You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Books, wooden items, bulk/customized orders, and any personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or wrong.
Prepaid orders → Refunded to the original payment source within 7–14 working days after quality check.
COD orders → Refunded as store credit (no expiry).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Yes, COD is available for orders below ₹2000. A ₹49 confirmation fee is required. Regular customers may be allowed COD for higher amounts at our discretion.
