Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Khareedari (operated by Sahi Khareedari LLP). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. We deliver to serviceable pin codes throughout the country through our courier partners. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Custom, made-to-order, or made-to-measure items (such as certain Bisht/Mishla, Imama, or Jubba orders) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.
• Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-8 business days

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional disruptions, festival-season volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

Store Pickup

• Store pickup is available at our showroom in Deoband. Select "Pickup" at checkout.
• Your order will be ready for collection within approximately 1 hour of confirmation during working hours.
• Please call us before visiting so your order is kept ready.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
• No additional shipping charges are applied to your order at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders across serviceable pin codes.
• For certain orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order; the remaining balance is then payable on delivery.
• Orders above Rs. 2,000 may not be eligible for COD by default. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number (AWB) and the name of the courier partner handling your shipment. You can track your order using the link shared with you. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Failed Delivery, Undelivered Orders & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.
• Our courier partners generally make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. Kindly remain reachable on the registered phone number so delivery can be completed.
• If an order cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, or is refused at the door, it will be returned to us (RTO).
• For prepaid orders returned as RTO, we will refund the order amount less applicable shipping charges to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
• For COD orders that are repeatedly undelivered or refused, we reserve the right to restrict the COD option on future orders.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

• If your parcel appears damaged, already opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it, or record a clear unboxing video wherever possible.
• Report any damage, defect, or missing item within 24-48 hours of delivery, along with photos or video, so that we can assist you promptly. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, strikes, regional restrictions, or peak festival volumes. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delay.
