5. Reverse Pickup Policy
* Return approve hone ke baad company 7 din ke andar third-party logistics ke through pickup arrange karne ki koshish karegi.
* Agar company pickup arrange karwane me fail hoti hai, to customer ko parcel khud bhejna hoga.
* Courier bhejne ke baad:
* Courier charge refund me add kiya ja sakta hai

6. India Post Parcels
* Agar parcel India Post ke through deliver hua hai, to return ke case me customer ko parcel directly wapas bhejna hoga.

* Agar customer khud courier bhej raha hai, to courier karne se pehle Khareedari se courier rate approval lena zaroori hoga.

8. Quality Check & Refund Timeline
* Product warehouse me receive hone ke baad hamari Quality Check team usko inspect karegi.
* QC approval ke baad hi:
